At 15:55 on Tuesday, 26 March, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Shrewsbury.

• Buckets of water
• Thermal imaging camera

1 oak tree involved in fire, crews extinguished using an aquapac, buckets of water, axes and a thermal imaging camera
