At 22:05 on Friday, 19 April, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Telford.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Telford Central.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Thermal imaging camera

Bonfire in rear of garden which has been extinguished using one hosereel jet due to bonfire being in close proximity to fence.
