House Fire

At 19:41 on Wednesday, 24 April, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Clun .

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Bishops Castle and Clun. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet
• Thermal imaging camera

This incident was found to be a large chimney fire caused by a birds nest.
