At 06:23 on Friday, 27 December, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Stanton Upon Hine Heath.

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Hodnet, Prees and Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Covering jet
• Hosereel jet
• Positive Pressure Ventilation

Fire in ground floor kitchen. Crews used 4 breathing apparatus, 2 hosereel jets, 1 covering jet and a positive pressure ventilation fan to extinguish.
