At 16:52 on Tuesday, 21 January, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Car Fire in Shrewsbury.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Much Wenlock.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Police.

Report of broken down vehicle with smell of smoke. Crews assisted in moving vehicle off carriageway. Electrical fault on vehicle but no signs of smoke or fire. No further action required by Fire Service.
