At 15:37 on Wednesday, 22 January, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Market Drayton.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Hodnet and Market Drayton. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Incident involving small quantity of oil and food product on hotplate cooker on fire which was out on arrival of crews. Crews removed hot material from kitchen.
