At 09:23 on Thursday, 6 February, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as AFA in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

This incident was a false alarm good intent caused by engineer testing the system.
