At 09:07 on Friday, 14 February, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire in Ludlow.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Church Stretton and Ludlow. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Thermal imaging camera

This incident was a false alarm due to a bag being placed too close to heater.
