At 13:53 on Saturday, 15 February, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Shrewsbury.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Buckets of water

Incident involving discarded cigarette from pavement level falling into basement level of Joules. Small fire involving discarded cigarette and small quantity of paper which was out on arrival of crews. Crews removed waste material from the premises and dampened down with buckets of water as a precaution.
