At 16:42 on Monday, 10 March, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Oswestry.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Oswestry.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet
• Thermal imaging camera

Incident involved ten meters of conifer hedge alight which has melted a small amount of guttering. Crews extinguished the fire using two hose reel jets whilst wearing breathing apparatus.
