At 01:22 on Sunday, 23 March, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Shrewsbury .

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet
• Positive Pressure Ventilation

Fire measuring approx 10m by 10m consisting of clothing in bedroom, crews extinguished using 1 hose reel jet and 2 breathing apparatus. Positive pressure ventilation also used.
