At 13:58 on Wednesday, 23 April, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Water Rescue in Wales.

3 fire appliances including the Water Rescue Unit were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Assistance given to Mid and West Wales with person threatening to jump into water.
