At 13:22 on Tuesday, 29 April, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Bridgnorth.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Bridgnorth and Much Wenlock. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Fire in the open involving 5 solar panels. Fire crews used 1 hose reel jet, 1 main jet, electrical gloves and shovels. Electrics have been isolated.
