At 20:05 on Tuesday, 13 May, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Church Stretton .

2 fire appliances including the Incident Support Unit were mobilised from Church Stretton.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

Incident involved a BBQ which caused fire approx 1sq metre. Crews extinguished and advice given.
