At 16:46 on Saturday, 17 May, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent in Telford.

4 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Much Wenlock, Telford Central and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

One female fallen down 20m of embankment. Fire crews lifted one casualty from location and now in care of HART.
