At 18:20 on Wednesday, 21 May, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Bridgnorth.

2 fire appliances including the Water Carrier were mobilised from Cleobury Mortimer and Ludlow.

Approximately 30 tonnes of muck and baler twine alight.
