At 19:10 on Saturday, 24 May, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Telford.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Tweedale.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Rakes, shovels, mathooks

This incident was a bonfire unattended in a garden, crews used one hose reel jet and drag rakes to extinguish.
