At 23:03 on Saturday, 21 June, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Telford.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Tweedale.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

One transit van which had come to rest on roof. Crews unable to make vehicle safe due to position in roadway. Crews assisted police with traffic management.
