At 15:52 on Sunday, 13 July, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Ellesmere and Oswestry. An Operations officer was in attendance.

This incident was a false alarm, good intent, caused by external smoke from barbeque causing alarms to activate.
