At 09:46 on Monday, 14 July, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Newport.

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Newport, Telford and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Fire involving Wheelie Bin that had spread to wooden structure, both nearby properties have been thoroughly checked by Fire Service Personnel.
