At 10:30 on Wednesday, 16 July, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Market Drayton .

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Hodnet and Market Drayton. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Thermal imaging camera

One fire involving a bratt pan which was out on arrival of Fire Service personnel. Crews used the thermal imaging camera for further investigations.
