At 16:52 on Wednesday, 16 July, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Non Urgent.

Fire appliances including the Incident Support Unit was mobilised.

Attending crews used the following equipment:

One person presented themselves at Market Drayton Fire Station due to having a ring stuck on their index finger. Crews used the ring cutting equipment to remove the ring.
