At 15:35 on Thursday, 24 July, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Bin Fire in Market Drayton.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Prees.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Buckets of water
• Knapsacks

Incident involved one small waste bin which was out on arrival, crews used buckets of water and a napsack to fully extinguish.
