At 08:02 on Monday, 28 July, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Oswestry.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Baschurch and Ellesmere.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Covering jet
• Hosereel jet
• Thermal imaging camera

Fire involving bedroom furniture Two hose reel jets, One covering jet, Four breathing apparatus' and thermal imaging camera in use.
