At 15:05 on Wednesday, 30 July, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Claverley.

1 fire appliance including the Incident Support Unit was mobilised from Bridgnorth and Tweedale.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Knapsacks

Incident involved 1 fallen tree and approx 10m of undergrowth alight. Crews extinguished using fogging pump and knapsacks.
