At 15:08 on Sunday, 5 October, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as AFA in Telford.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

This incident was a false alarm due to cooking.
