At 01:40 on Monday, 24 November, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Car Fire in Telford.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Wellington.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

Incident involving electrical fire within engine compartment of a car. Crews extinguished the fire using a hose reel jet whilst wearing breathing apparatus. A thermal imagine camera was used to check for remaining hot spots.
