At 03:31 on Saturday, 29 November, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Wellington.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

Property smoke logged due to unattended cooking, one hose reel jet and two breathing apparatus were in use.
