At 11:40 on Monday, 8 December, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as AFA in Telford.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

This incident was a false alarm caused by accidental activation of alarm.
