At 09:09 on Tuesday, 23 December, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Smell Of Burning in Telford.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Wellington.

Attending crews used the following equipment:

Smell of burning caused by electrical fault in electric self closing door. Crews have isolated the electrics and checked temperature levels using a thermal imaging camera.
