At 13:54 on Monday, 5 January, 2026, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Market Drayton.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Market Drayton. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Covering jet
• Hosereel jet
• Thermal imaging camera

Fire in domestic property. Crews extinguished using 2 breathing apparatus, 1 hosereel jet and 1 covering jet. Crews assisted by Staffordshire Fire Service.
