At 16:06 on Monday, 5 January, 2026, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as House Fire in Bridgnorth.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Bridgnorth and Much Wenlock. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Fire involving unattended cooking. Crews extinguished fire and gave assistance to home owner.
