At 19:02 on Thursday, 22 January, 2026, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Craven Arms.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Craven Arms, Ludlow and Wellington.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

• Small gear

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

Incident involving one vehicle which had come to rest on its side, mechanically trapping the driver. Crews used blocks to stabilise the vehicle and used small gear to assist in releasing the driver. Crews then made the vehicle electrically safe.
