At 15:54 on Saturday, 7 February, 2026, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Lilleshall, Newport.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Wellington.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

Two vehicles have been made safe by Fire Service Personnel, Highways agency have been requested to attend due to diesel and oil on carriageway.
