At 13:42 on Friday, 13 February, 2026, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Bishops Castle.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Bishops Castle and Clun. An Operations officer was in attendance.

This incident was a false alarm caused by dust in detector head.
