At 22:41 on Sunday, 5 October, 2014, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Rubbish Fire in Shrewsbury.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Shrewsbury.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Rakes, shovels, mathooks

Fire involving plastic pallets containing discarded cardboard boxes. One hose reel jet and drag rakes in use
