At 06:01 on Thursday, 9 October, 2014, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Chimney Fire in Whitchurch.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Whitchurch.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Small gear

Incident involving wood burning stove and beam on ground floor - small gear in use. Large beam in chimney stack now extinguished.
