At 11:47 on Friday, 17 October, 2014, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Bus Fire in Ellesmere Road, Greenfields.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury.

Fire involving engine compartment of passenger bus. All persons off bus prior to arrival of fire service. 2 breathing apparatus and 1 hose reel jet in use.
