At 03:59 on Monday, 12 January, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Newport.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Newport and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

• Cutters/Spreaders

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .

RTC involving 1 private vehicle having come to rest on it's roof, 1 female casualty released by Fire Service Personnel using holmatro cutting equipment, 1 person released from the vehicle prior to Fire Service personnel arrival.
