At 22:16 on Tuesday, 7 April, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Non Urgent in Oswestry.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Oswestry.

Attending crews used the following equipment:

One 40yr old female locked inside a toilet of a residential house unable to unlock the door herself. Crews used small gear to gain access.
