At 10:30 on Monday, 20 April, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Tree Fire in Shrewsbury.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Much Wenlock.

Crews called to reports of a tree fire but this incident was actually a false alarm caused by a controlled burn on farm land.
