At 16:59 on Saturday, 25 April, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Wem.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Prees and Wem. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Fire involving the gas pipe supplying a domestic property. Crews have extinguished the fire and are awaiting gas board engineers to isolate the supply.
