At 20:33 on Tuesday, 12 May, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as AFA in Brookside, Telford.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Tweedale.

Activation of carbon monoxide detector. Inspection carried out by Fire Service Personnel using gas detector. Gas boiler isolated and Gas Board requested by occupier.
