At 20:52 on Sunday, 2 August, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Rtc Persons Trapped in Stafford Road, Newport .

4 fire appliances were mobilised from Newport and Wellington.

RTC involving 1 vehicle , no persons trapped. Vehicle made safe by fire service personnel using small gear. Incident in Staffordshire Fire area.
