At 11:52 on Wednesday, 12 August, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Railway Embankment in Bridgnorth.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Bridgnorth.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

approx 200m by 20m of embankment involved in fire 2 Hose Reel Jets in use. Crews delayed approx. 45minutes damping down
