At 08:52 on Thursday, 20 August, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Late Fire Call in Telford .

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Inspection only using thermal imaging camera and cutting away.
