At 17:40 on Wednesday, 26 August, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Bales Of Straw Large in Bridgnorth.

2 fire appliances including the Incident Support Unit were mobilised from Bridgnorth.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Beaters
• Hosereel jet

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Police.

Quantity of grass, undergrowth and large bales alight, beaters and hosereel jet fogging system in use, crews delayed some time damping down and turning over
