At 00:35 on Sunday, 11 October, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Kitchen Fire in Telford.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Tweedale. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

Small fire involving frying pan, out on arrival. Two breathing apparatus in use for ventilation only and 1 hose reel jet.
