At 06:14 on Sunday, 1 November, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Rtc Persons Trapped.

4 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Albrighton, Telford Central and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.
