At 21:43 on Monday, 2 November, 2015, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Newport.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Newport and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

Fire in boiler room of domestic property. 2 breathing apparatus and 1 extended hose reel jet used.
